What Are People Saying About Heredity Homes…

We are thrilled by the number of satisfied homeowners who have referred their friends and families to our homes. Referrals have played a big part of our success and have helped us spread the word about what we do and how we do it.

We were blessed to be introduced to Kevin and Tracy and the Heredity Homes family. We have built and owned many homes and we can honestly say that this was by far our best experience. Not only is our home everything we dreamed of, but we were included in and valued throughout the entire building process. Everyone we came into contact with from the tradespeople to the staff at Heredity were fantastic. They were able to answer our questions, help us make informed decisions, give us sound advice and allow us the ability to enjoy the process. We are proud to say that Heredity Homes built our home and we would recommend them to anyone. We like to think we’ve become part of the heredity family. They have certainly solidified a place in ours.

This was our first home building experience. We looked at many show homes over the years and when we decided to build our dream home we knew it had to be a Heredity Home. You could see the quality and craftsmanship in all their homes. We can honestly say that right from the start it felt like we were dealing with a friend not a builder. There are so many decisions in building a home but Kevin and the whole team made the process unbelievably enjoyable. Heredity allowed us to build our custom dream home. In the end we are living in and loving our Heredity home. It has been two years and words cannot express how happy we are about our home building experience with our friends at Heredity!

Our experience from the moment of introduction, through design and construction and then transition to ownership, was truly first class. It is rare these days when people say what they mean, honor their promises and treat you like a valued customer no matter what. Building a custom home is a complex and sophisticated transaction with many adjustments that occur from first dream to reality of ownership and can truly test business relationships. Every time we had a change we were treated respectfully and pragmatically. What was said was done, with no hassle. We not only got what we asked for, on time and on budget, we also feel we made some genuine friends and would strongly recommend Heredity Homes to our friends.

Jaenie and I would like to thank Kevin for making our house the home we wanted. We had many special features we wanted and Kevin and his talented trades were able to make them a reality. If you are building a new home you should definitely talk to Kevin at Heredity Homes.

Heredity Homes built our dream home 3 years ago, and we were blown away by the attentiveness of the team; the Owner Kevin Benson, Foreman Rob Haight, and the expert craftsmen they work with at all stages of the build. Our questions were answered immediately and sincerely, no matter how simple or complex. When we had no fixed ideas of our own about layout or features, their partners in cabinetry, fine woodwork, and stonemasons were able to make sketches and show us photos of previous work and styles we might like. Their interior designer helped us when we needed her guidance and didn’t push us with her own ideas. Our project was kept within our budget and their team was very conscientious about that. We are so proud of our home and continue to enjoy its beauty and quality. Three years on if we have questions about how to maintain any of the systems in the house we can call and have members of their team on site to help us. Heredity Homes exemplifies Customer Service and we recommend them wholeheartedly!!
